1990's inserts.

I found this scan sitting in the files, and my best guess is that I was going to dig up a bunch of them (90's inserts) and make a theme (run of posts).

Pretty sure I picked this up in Ormond awhile back. Forgot about the idea until now. I did just grab a slew more of the nicer 90's inserts from there, but I haven't scanned them yet. I'll get to them soon though. Maybe tomorrow, maybe.

  4. As someone who stopped collecting in '93 and returned in the early 00s, I am always a bit surprised by the nostalgia for 1990s inserts. To me they don't seem different from later inserts. Those Thomas cards look very nice.

  5. I second Jeremy. There will never be an era of inserts that comes close to competing with the 90's. It was awesome watching card companies try and one up each other... which resulted in creative and innovated inserts.

  6. I only collected basketball and non-sports cards through most of the 90's, and am always a bit amazed at how many of the baseball (and football) insert sets I still haven't seen.
