Didn't get as many 53's as I did 52's, but I'm not complaining, I'll always be happy to get more 52's than 53's, lol.
One of the other DiMaggio brothers.
Dizzy looks dizzy for sure.
Yep, that's it, just 4 1953 Topps. One looks like it was a wallet card, and two have paper loss on the fronts.
Paper loss, bummer.
ReplyDeleteThat Dizzy picture cracks me up, I guess it is fitting.
ReplyDeleteA few minutes ago, I started digging the 1991 Fleer set design. After seeing these... I'm starting to think I've never given 1953 Topps baseball enough credit either. These are really beautiful.
ReplyDeleteDizzy was my first 53 as a kid
ReplyDeleteThat Dom was definitely a back pocket card!
ReplyDeleteNice 53's love the Dizzy.
ReplyDeleteThat is a well loved DiMaggio!
ReplyDelete1953 Topps is a gorgous set. Congrats on the additions.
ReplyDeleteNice cards, even considering the condition.
ReplyDeletewish there had been a bunch more of those in the box
ReplyDeleteI was trying to remember Steve Trout's dad's name the other day - had forgotten Dizzy!
ReplyDeleteThat DiMaggio would be a badass wallet card.
