Friday and feeling a little odd. And the almost daily FREE card giveaway!

The winner last night was Adam.

I have had these sets for at least a decade now, or some of the sets anyway. They were the perforated ones though.

7 of these are PC guys plus a maybe guy.

7 of this group are PC guys including the Braves Warren Spahn.

7 of this group too. Must be a trend.

Broke the trend this time with 8 PC guys.

Nine of this batch make the normal PC (must be a NL thing). I am a National League guy. The only hold out was Al Rosen who is still a guy I collect, just not the so called normal PC binders. He makes the list for being a Leap year guy! A small but enjoyable little mini collection of him and several others.

Have a great weekend, I am going to another card show for the third weekend in a row (will wind up being at least 4 or 5 in a row). What is great about this show tomorrow, IT IS IN OCALA, yippee. No long drive just a half an hour commute across town right beside the interstate. I hope the show is great too, lol.

  1. I've never seen this set, but many of these photos I've seen on other cards.

  2. Wish they would make a decent Award Winner or Hall of Famer set and update it every year. That’s a pretty cool set. Have fun at the show tomorrow.

  3. I haven't seen this set before. Nice and simple with a great set of players!

  4. I HAVE seen this set, many times, the Dodgers anyway. Not as enjoyable to me as the '70s TCMA sets, but that's probably because I wasn't a kid in the '80s (cards are a little flimsy). ... Still need the Drysdale and Koufax. Maybe I should start adding Braves to my PC and then swap them with you for the Dodgers I need.

  6. Two of my favorite childhood players. Killebrew and Oliva. I must be a long-time Twins fan.

  9. I think I have a couple of these that I pulled from repacks when I was a kid decades ago. Have never seen the full set though.

  12. Not familiar with these TCMA cards... but I like how the different themes feature different colors. Have fun at the show today! I haven't been to one of those in months.

  13. The only thing I never really did like about TCMA cards was that they all looked the same and I always had to turn the card over to get the information on the player and team. Also, I agree with Bo ... lots of these images I've seen on other cards.
