Masonic Monday: Ancient Egypt?

Yes, you read that right. Want to know more? Read on.... but first I am letting you know that all of my life I have been fascinated with Ancient Egypt. Maybe it was all of those Indiana Jones movies as a teenager I'm not sure. What I am sure of is that a long time ago I wrote a Thesis on Akenaton (a-kin-na-taun).

I find this stuff interesting, then again I am a buff. This post was the last Masonic Monday for February. In the line-up (a spin on baseball of course) for March are the following: John Wayne, Buzz Aldrin, Henry Ford, and Voltaire.

How's that for a variety? The winner Friday night was: Jeremy.

  1. My wife and daughter are into this more than I am. My daughter is actually studying Ancient Egypt in school right now, though she knows more than her teacher (not too hard to do, he is 25 and quite green)

  5. Very long initiation process. 7 levels and 1 to 3 years for each. Could take up to 21 years. Quite an ordeal.
