Oct Jax show: part two (sort of)

 I say sort of because I'm not really sure where or when I got these cards. I believe it was at the show.

The three above I know I pulled from Doc's dime boxes. I believe the cards below either were in his dime boxes or his dollar boxes, I forget.

I know I got these from that Jax show, and 99% sure they were from Doc.

The October Jacksonville card show (part 1 of 2). Heavy Hitters!

 Not going to the November Jax card show has really been a blessing in that I can get a lot of other things posted and out of the way and out of the scanned files. So midway through Nov. and I am just getting to the October show. I didn't buy much as far as quantity goes. No this time I sought out some vintage super stars and reasonable prices. I went to Chuck sits next to Fred. Tonight are the few cards that I bought from Chuck except for the the very first cards which came from Chuck and is not vintage. 

One more Brave down (feel free to send me the Chipper.....times two). I know that I will never complete the Braves team set let alone the entire set, but hey....it's a thing.

Now for the heavy hitters.

One of the Hank Aaron cards were needed for the team set, and all of the others were needed for my set builds. 

TRADE NIGHT: Dodgers

 I hear rumor that there maybe a Dodger fan or two in the blogosphere. Who knows maybe they will see something they like here and want to trade. Remember first is best.

I must apologize for the next few scans, they are minor league autos.

Okay more than a few scans. It is obvious that I grabbed these in Jacksonville in years past.

James Loney and Billngsley, maybe even Laroche might seem familiar to you.

Now I know these names might catch your eyes.

A Penguin too, maybe....

Signing: part 4

 Alrighty alrighty alrighty. Time for the forth and final chapter of the signing minii collection. Here we go.

My collection ends in 2022. I am sure there have been 2023 cards with someone signing on the card. All of the cards from this series (83 scans) are in a binder and at some point in the near future I plan to gift it to one of this blog's follower's/commenters.  That includes those Ichiro's and the Trout, and Aarons. As if you will.

I mentioned earlier in the year that I had to "cut out" some of my many mini collections. This is one of them, not because I don't enjoy it anymore, I do but I know there are others who collect these kind of cards. There will be others as I work my way through scanning and posting. The "Signing" was probably my 2nd favorite for a very long time at least a decade. I'll take a few weeks to figure out which mini collection I will post next (that doesn't mean it will be one that I am shedding though).
