Here we go again, more samples from the Big Deal.
Topps and Beckett call this card an insert. I call it a parallel. The card front is identical other than the foil stamped "virtual reality", and the back is the exact same other than the card number is different. So it's a parallel, I say so.
A pair of Younts and I probably need both. Haven't checked them against my master list.
Cool Brett.
Go figure, it's a Braves card. Good thing it's Topps otherwise we wouldn't see any logos. BTW, this is Sammons.
A few names there I remember watching back in the day when they were in the Majors.
The backs are full of tidbits.
Coll stuff.
I can't wait until I get enough Leaf (pre-1990) to make lists for all of those sets.
A blog about the cards I get awesome deals on, cards that I have available to trade, trades and our hobby in general. I collect Braves cards (all of them) and T206 White Borders.

Back to the Big Deal cards
It's been a couple of days since I posted some of these cards. Believe it or not I am still sorting the cards I pulled out of those monster boxes. There are still 5 boxes that are full of cards from sets that I either have completed or just not building. Like the 1996 Topps mostly the later half. Probably 10,000 cards from that set (again). Same thing happened last year with that haul my daughter gave me. So if you need series 2 1996 Topps, let me know.
A couple of "felted" Seaver's for the PC.
Vlad insert for the PC.
A Feller.
I scanned this card for some reason, I just don't remember right now. Sorry.....
A very bright Rickey.
Got a bunch of these oldie Fleer stickers, and yes a few have been set aside for youds guys whether you want them or not, hehe.
No, the "SP" is not written on the card, it's on the penny sleeve. Got a bunch of Heritage SPs. Cool!
Would've been nice for the right small Supial to be in there. But I ain't complaining.
Still have a long ways to go just covering the highlights, Braves, and the PC guys. And that is just the Baseball cards that I kept. I gave my buddy Bob the dealer a shoebox full of goodies as well as the 2.5 monster boxes of basketball cards and 3.5 boxes of football including as many "minis" as I got in the baseball.

Man o' Man did I do a BOO BOO $50.00 bye bye
Yesterday's post was commented on by Bo, and he informed me that the card below was a error card. And yepper, it is/was. July Beckett has it listed at $50.00 NM raw. Only 3 sold recently on the Bay ranging from $39 + shipping to $59, plus a best offer accepted on one that listed it at $69.
Here is the dealio. For the scans in the Silly file (formerly Wacky file) I use dupes. This way I can throw the card in the tradeables box after scanning. So the card pictured above was a dupe as far as the numbers go for the set build. I do remember this card when I decided to scan it, and I checked to make sure it was the same as the card in the set build (it was). Hence, the comment I made regarding "Doesn't make sense". I probably should actually check my card sets for errors and variations. I don't as I believe it would just take the fun out of it for me (a lot of work), especially with the "intentional" variations these days.
Anyways, after reading Bo's comment this morning I went through my dupes and it was not there. I then proceded to my sets. yes, that one was still there so I pulled it out and will replace it with a correct version, and do something with the error card. However, the dupe being gone means one thing....................
In those medium flat rate boxes I mailed out a couple months back to some of you folks containing a 6 small flat rate boxes inside 4 of which was "FILLER" there is where the missing error card lies.
Now, I don't want it back, my error (pun intended), it is your card. I just don't want you to do what I did. So, if you still have those newspaper wrapped stacks check to see if there was any 2013s inside. You may find a $50.00 winner..........:) Then again, you may have sent them on to a Philles fan.

Wacky Wednesday
Finally made it to wear I stopped collecting. I do have a few series 9, 10, not many.
These 3 are from the original Series 9.
These are from Series 10, there are 2 variations of the checklist (with & without Pupsi cola).
I'm not sure if I posted these tattoos before, so here they are.
I don not have any original Wackys from series 11-16. I do have a slew of the "RE-RUNS" as they were called. So next visit we will start with those. 1991s.

More from the Big Deal (A short one)
We are no wheres close to wrapping up the samplings from these boxes. Hopefully by the weekend I can highlight some of the BRAVES.............
Lots of the shiny parallels. Gavin, lmk what numbers you need for that Franken Set. For now these are resting in your stack, most of them anyway.

Big Deal
Still going strong on those boxes. Here's the next batch.
Serial numbered shiny card for the Clemens PC.
A couple cards of Kershaw for his PC.
These cards look so much better than they scanned.
Even found an auto.
PC add.
Great looking card for the Mays PC.
A need for the set build.
Last week NOC (Greg) posted something about Topps not having the copyright to "Heritage" I had commented about Donruss/Leaf having used the term for an parallel set for an insert set. Some of the other years looked better. One that stands out in my mind is the Carlton Fisk.
A very shiny card.
This was a complete set, but has since been separated in to the appropriate PC stack.
