Stealing Home has been stolen from twice.. Oscar pick again
Steal anything but the Dazzy or Kendrick (stolen twice and locked) or pick from 6, 9, 15, 16, or 20.
Question: I opened the Dazzy Vance number. It was stolen once by Dime Box Nick. I think it has not been stolen twice...and it's possible to steal it one more time. If so...Can I steal it back?

You can't steal a card just stolen from you traditionally (in this type game).
Deletethe person after you could steal it though.
