Star Wars

 I had these on May 4th and that would have been an appropriate day to post these. However, I was still going through the non sport box that I bought in Jax, and hadn't scanned anything at that time. Result....

You get them tonight.

I pulled these two out and was pretty excited, original vintage stickers.

But that was not to be. The rest were from the more modern releases. Still cool stickers though.

Leave it to topps to put their modern spin on things with parallels.

This pair is cloth like the 77' Topps baseball stickers.

The parallels continue throughout the sets. Reds, purples, silver/grays.

The top card is like an acetate which you can't tell from the scan, but in hand pretty cool card.

Tons of subsets.

I guess these are supposed to be like sketch cards.

There you have them. I'll be keeping what I posted here, however there are a slew of dupes and those are in the box to be traded.

Getting it done. A little History.

 Back to the final few non sport sets. 

This one is from a set called 2017 The Bar. There is a subsection of Presidents that I have not included here as they are in my President's binder and y'all will have to wait until next February for those. But if you like historical figures, you'll find plenty here.

That's good for tonight. I believe I'll do some somewhat modern Star Wars tomorrow.

Wacky Wednesday: 1979 Topps

 In 1979 Topps made it's first attempt to re-boot the Wacky Packages brand. There were two series of re-runs in 1979 as well as two in 1980. Series 1-4.  Last year I posted the 1980 series 3 stickers that I have.

Tonight you have 1979 Series 1: 66 stickers.

There you have the complete 66 sticker set.  I still have the Topps 2020 Old School series 9 to post yet and some odds & ends.
