A couple of Ebay wins to highlight this week, but first some more BS.
On 1/3 TCDB Bravesfan1 had 33,227 and I had 32,742. I added 10 cards, and he added 130. This was yesterday. So now I am 605 cards behind him. I still don't buy it.
Okay now to the first Ebay win for tonight.
Some new Topps Tribute for a decent low price with some big names. I was happy to win this auction. Just not as happy as the post for tomorrow night.

ReplyDeleteI remember getting stressed over trying to be the #1 Largent guy on TCDB. I'll continue to collect him, but I just decided to spread the love to other parts of my PC. I understand why this approach wouldn't work for you. I mean... there's no way I'd stop chasing A's cards. Hope you catch him this year. Best of luck.

ReplyDeleteIt wouldn't shock me for someone to make up having cards they don't have so they can claim to be first at something. Seems like a very social media era thing.
