Well, my Braves dropped one to the Reds yesterday, hoping tonight they take the series. The good news is that they were the last team in the majors to hit 20 loses. Acuna seems to be back doing his thing. Hopefully, he will remain healthy for the rest of the season.

I am hoping that the cards I mailed out last week have made it to their destinations by now. I'll have Hunter and Elijah here for the summer, here is to a great summer!

Thank you for the cards I got in the mail today. A total and complete surprise! I really enjoy surprises like that. More nice Maddux cards for a lucky winner. Enjoy having Hunter and Elijah with you as much as possible. My grandsons are turning 6 and 2 this summer. I'm hoping to spend some time with them. Enjoy the hobby and the time spent with ones you love.

ReplyDeleteWith the Post Office, you never really know what’s going to happen. The volume of mail, although greatly reduced from years past, is still pretty amazing. I try not to complain, but right now I’m starting week 5 waiting for a SP Bobby Witt Jr. to arrive. Of course I got a really good deal off eBay and a refund, if necessary, won’t come close to buying me another one.
Enjoy time with your grandsons. I became a grandpa on May 12th. I told my wife we had to include a complete set of Topps into our yearly budget from now on.
A day late, but nice cards nonetheless. Glad to see the Braves rebounding from last season. Now if only Austin Riley could get going as well. He's a great ballplayer, I just hope he can perform like we all knew and loved.
