I hope everyone has a great day! Below all of the cards show a crucifix. They come from a binder that hasn't been updated in many many years, but one day I will get them all updated. Happy Easter everyone.
A blog about the cards I get awesome deals on, cards that I have available to trade, trades and our hobby in general. I collect Braves cards (all of them) and T206 White Borders.

Card show Braves
Here are some Braves I picked up in Jacksonville.
These were not in the quarter boxes.
Neither were these.
I got lucky with the 1983 ASA Hank Aaron on top. I didn't have this one, now I have half of the set (3-8) Need 1, 2, 9-12.
These were .25 each.
The Kelly and Aaron were not a quarter.
Yesterday was a bad day for me. My back hurt more than usual, my daughter is having complications, and my mother's baby brother (61) passed away. Out of the 4 boys he was the only one who didn't drink, smoke (anything), or even cuss (out of all 7 actually). It was a shock to say the least. Blood clot in the lung. You never know folks, gotta to let those you love know you do. Instead of heading south Saturday I will be heading north as soon as the storm gets by tomorrow.

ComC Crazy part 2
I've been holding off on part 2, as I was/AM 4 cards short (delayed) on the order. Dean's cards was/is slow on delivering to ComC. Oh well, I'll have those 4 for another day. Lots to show so let's get moving.
1952 Topps Warren Spahn. Wouldn't I be happy if that wasn't a reprint? Nonetheless, I needed these two for the team set. Down to just 2 more Holmes and Mathews RC. I'm also building the the reprint set and picked up the Spahn for it too.
Now these are real 52's. Hartsfield is beat up the most, but it will do for now.
A couple of well loved 53's.
And a few crinkly 51 and 52 Bowman's. Especially the back side.
The 52 backs.
The 53 backs.
Well crinkly isn't the word, paper loss. I swear I wouldn't have bought it had I known. I looked at the back via "turn over" it didn't show this. Just a dark spot and was listed as "water damage". Chalk that up as lesson learned. Won't buy from that seller again, won't buy "water damage" again either.
Turns out I didn't the 61'. Oh well, it goes into the Braves dupe boxes because I already have it in the set build and Braves team set.
Make it rain Johnny Sain. Exhibits.
This is a Conlon from 1988 before Mega cards produced them. There were 2 24 card sets: 1 for National and 1 for the American league, plus a Negro League set. the Braves had 4 all stars in the set, got to get the other three now.
Braves I need for the team sets,
and colored Braves too.
This closes out the 1999 Ovation and Donruss Braves base set needs.
More fantastic Donruss and Ovation.
Andruw is from the base set, and the rest of the 02 Fleer (not tradition) are Tiffany.
Have a great night!

2006 Upper Deck
I picked up apx. 200 of the 2006 Upper Deck cards from Daryl (the .25 vintage dealer with the really nice 69's). The 2006 were in the quarter box too. I just grabbed them. Turns out no dupes. Now, let's get the negatives out of the way. Some do not like border-less cards. No biggie, the real nasty thing with this set it is 1250 cards deep. I hate that. With that said these have a lot to desire.
Crisp clean shots.
Lots of "shadow" potential.
Bubble gum.
Miller's eyes have that look about them.
How about that for a wacky name.
Dodger Nomar in action.
4 wheeler and a duffle bag. Oh yeah a shadow too.
I bet if you checked this guys knuckles they'd have dirt on them.
High fives.
I'm here, look at me.
At the wall shots.
Throwbacks with shades.
Check out that chin dressing.
And for you horizontal lovers:
Wait I think the coach is telling me to bunt.
Plays at the plate.
Braves in the background.
Another great play at the plate shot.
Last but not least signing for some fans.
There are tons of great cards in this set. Almost too many as I need to build the set before I can add any of these to my mini collections which all of the cards above will fit into.
The three stacks closest in are the semi and high numbers.
Now for the real deal on these and the "quarter" vintage. The box they all came from were .25 boxes. I got apx 500 69's and the 200 Upper Decks for $50.00. That's around .07 cent a piece. I can most certainly live that. The other dealer with the lesser conditioned 60's and the Killebrew and Rose cards, about 400/500 in all were also $50.00. I was hoping for a lot less, but he wasn't budging.
See ya!
