I stumbled across this sight this morning, and was curious if anyone has used them?
A blog about the cards I get awesome deals on, cards that I have available to trade, trades and our hobby in general. I collect Braves cards (all of them) and T206 White Borders.

Player Collection Update
We are up to the letter P. I am closing in on the final round of updating my PC's. I will start on the C's this week. So the numbers you see below are not accurate, there's still more to do. Good news is that I surely will finish this MAJOR update (by years end as was a blog goal) that had been sitting around for a couple of years. Now to the cards
Satchel Paige: 27
Jim Palmer: 69
Dave Parker: 121
Dustin Pedroia: 48
Hunter Pence: 9 (this 1 really needs to get moving).
Herb Pennock: 3
Tony Perez: 53
a 3fer card (all 3 are PC guys, then add 1 for the set build), these cards can eat a wallet up hence the creased version above.
Gaylord Perry: 41
Mike Piazza: 465 (this one should bust the 500 club once I hit the P's for the final round).
Jim Piersall: 5
Eddie Plank: 5
Johnny Podres: 8
Alex Pompez: ZERO cards (1 of the few remaining guys I've yet to acquire).
Buster Posey: 67
Cumberland Posey: ZERO cards (another 1 of the elusive ones).
Jurickson Profar: 14 ( I have no idea why I have in the PC, but when I stumble on a double I throw him in the box).
Kirby Puckett: 309 (this one was a great add to the PC).
Yasiel Puig: 30
Last not but least......
Albert Pujols: 159
I am hoping to have the final round done by the time I get to Yaz, but I'm not posting the latest updates. I'll just be updating the numbers and the cards I own on the PC pages.
Have a great night!

Scratching an itch and some unique Braves
So, yeah I get that itch to rip some wax probably more often than I should. I say this as why should I rip a box of something I'm not building. There is no rhyme or reason other than to scratch that itch. Most of the time, it isn't satisfying, but this time it was. I grabbed 3 boxes of DK.
Yeah, that hit the spot. Thank you Walmart for that variation Artist Proof Ohtani.
Now on to the unique Braves. They came to me via a buddy way out on the left coast. Tim.
The cover they came in, but I only got 2 Braves. Pretty sure there are 2 more on the list below.
The poster.

Davy Crockett
Before getting to Davy Crockett I need to finish showing the rest of the Braves that followed me home from Jacksonville.
All nice and shiny Leaf Limited. 1994 & 1997.
Now on to the non sport vintage I grabbed.
Some are rough, and some are very nice.
I loved watching Fess Parker as a kid, usually it was Daniel Boone though.
Have a great weekend folks!

Moving on.....
To the first of two parts of the Braves from the Jax card show. The cards featured tonight all came from the card show host/the main dealer. I've picked a few cards here and there from him. So i thought I'd hook him into my lair.
Nothing overwhelming in these relics, but.....
my plan was/is to grab up all of his $2.00 BRAVES relics/autos, get him to discount it.
Which he did. I know there are dupes, just wait.
So the next time he refills his Braves relics/autos back up (and you know he will),
He will expect me to wipe em out again. But this time I'll be hesitant and counter his discount big time or maybe even walk.
See lots of dupes. Take notice to the Hursh in the middle, it's different so I am keeping that one too. mcClouth there is light blue and dark blue, so keeping both of those too.
Anyways, I'll be trying to get my Braves relic/auto of the non star players at less than a buck a piece. I love it when I wind up paying a quarter a piece for bulk autos (commons of course).
Fitting the last pair are dupes. I don't think I'll get this dealer to quarter, but I know one thing, it is always NO if you don't try/ask. Either way, he'll get where I am coming from.

The New Guy
We've all been there or said it. How does that tie into this post? Easy, there was a new guy at the Jax card show. Pretty sure he was just a guy trimming down his own personal collection to get some needed money. He seemed desperate, I hate saying that but he did. I felt bad for him and I didn't even hear whatever his sad story was. I did buy some items from him. I'll get to those in a minute. Right now I'm plugging Dimwits contest. Dimwits contest.
Now on to the cards from the New Guy.
Did I fail to mention the cards were vintage? The top row does have condition issues, but I can live with them, especially the T206.
I was thinking I needed another Ozzie rookie and I was right. I needed it for the Trophy Cup binder. if I hadn't though it still could of found a home in my Easter binder. The Molitor/Trammel RC is 1 of 3 that I need.
Have a great night!

The Finish Line
Coming close to the finish line with the odd balls I picked up 2 weeks ago.
They are different.
Especially the backs.
I already had the Aaron on the left. I guess that is going to have to be a night card for someone one day.
This time my favorite vendor only had super stars.
Thats a wrap.
Have a great night.
