The Braves dropped a couple of losses with of all teams the Rockies.....OUCH!
Let us redeem our Braves with these 90's pick ups. Like the 80's there is just so much out there that I don't have.
As you see I added a bunch to collection. There are tons more that I need like say 150K more, lol. Pretty sure I have tapped out all of .20-.35 cards. I have another 800+ (half+ set builds though) in my SLOTS box currently plus another 200 (mainly Braves) in my waiting on ComC order.
Between those two orders I hope to narrow that gap in my Quest. We'll have to wait and see just how much closer I get once they are in my possession and catalogued.
In other news I went to Ormond yesterday, the first time in awhile. I started sifting through the 830 cards I brought home today (only 17 new to me Braves).
Hope Ormond was good. Once school is out, I hope to go to Ormond and dig through some boxes.
ReplyDeleteYou had me at the 90's headline. had to check this out
ReplyDeleteLast summer I spent a couple of hours going through boxes gathering up all of my Gwynns in hopes of finding one of those 1990 Fleer Canadian cards. I'm pretty sure I had over twenty copies of the American versions, but zero from north of the border.
ReplyDeleteAmazing variety! I learn about new parallels every time I read your recent posts. Thanks for the education. Have a great night all.
ReplyDeleteThere's so much I love in here! Collector's Choice silver signatures bring back fond memories, as they were one per pack but I rarely got anyone of note. I'll always have a fondness for Gold Medallion, especially when it was stamped on an insert.
ReplyDeleteI know little about 1990 Fleer Canada, but it was pretty cool for me to find a Griffey Jr. with the printed in Canada line on the back.
ReplyDeleteMore good stuff!
