Doing a quick one tonight with more cards from the Ormond run (should last at least two weeks).
I know there isn't anyone extra special in those relic cards but paying .22 for them is something that I can live with. Okay, Night Owl here are the card numbers on those buybacks, lmk if you need any.
The Panini Boys of Summer were very pricey boxes, so grabbing them up for .22 was a no brainer for me, even though Dawson is the only one hitting my PC. I'll throw the other two into the rookie boxes.
These four are the base cards for the 2024 Leaf Electrum. They are serial numbered to /99.
All 4 PC guys.
These are serial #d from 20 to 75. Five are in the PC boxes, and 1 on the rookie box.
Cards above and below are from this years Finest.
The base set this year does little for me, but those inserts are very nice.
This years Pristine inserts and some of those red parallel Hobby Rip night cards. I did get about a hundred of the Pristine cards for my set build that I did NOT scan. Same for the Finest but more like 50 of those. Still some at a penny and others .22. I like those kind of deals.
Have a great night.
Who's that Angel cameo on the Epstein card? Never noticed that before.
ReplyDeletenot sure. it is card #38 probably can find it on the web.
DeleteThe Angel is Jim Spencer according to this blog post: http://1973topps.blogspot.com/2012/10/38-mike-epstein.html
DeleteThose Electrum cards don't have much detail on the front, but the color makes them jump right off the page! Enjoy the night.
ReplyDeleteI only collect the '75 buybacks and I have the Randle already. ... That Finest design ... eesh.
ReplyDeleteOne of the things I like best about your blog is that I see sets like most of what's in this post which I've not only never seen before but, like with the Leafs and Boys of Summer, I've never even heard of.
ReplyDelete22¢ vintage buybacks and relics are automatic purchases for me as well.
