I think Greg hit the nail on the head last week about blogger....it is just getting worse and worse. In case you are wondering (not that any of you are, lol) I would be just fine going 100% completely off grid. Of course that means I need to buy an excellent conditioned and low mileage truck from say 1985 or earlier. You remember those kinds of vehicles, the kind you could not just work on yourself, but fix anything too without any special tools. Some people might think, no way we are too spoiled, but those in my real life know that I would even be okay if we were living in the horse and buggy days. Just need a good horse.
here we have some fuzzy math. The Gold foil stamp is a $10.00 stamp. The game is a weird one, because looking it up AI came up with a couple of answers one correct and one incorrect. One said Braves won the game, and the other said the Braves lost.
As for the some weird math this is hand written #5 of three.
Needless to say Hank Aaron was certainly a "work horse". How else does it get the nickname "The Hammer" "Hammerin' Hank"?
Bob D. is also a work horse within the OCT world. He has won more quarterly trading periods (point wise) than anyone and by far. I am the closest to him and I will never be able to catch him, and the guy behind me shouldn't be able to catch me either. That's not to say I don't have some records that aren't ever going to be touched on OCT, I do....many in fact. I haven't popped a new milestone over there in a few years, so I may need to do something before the end of the year.
Here is to the rest of the week being awesome!

Cool item you got, but 5 of three? I got signed out of blogger somehow and it took me a while to finally get signed back in. It happens every so often. I'm with you on the hope for the rest of the week!
ReplyDeletePretty cool item. And I got the Salmon+ dump...thank you!!
ReplyDeleteAlthough I do wish a lot of things were simpler... like cars and AI. Not sure I could live in the horse and buggy days. I do enjoy purchasing things online... and I absolutely need AC to get a good night's rest during the summer :D
ReplyDeleteAccording to Baseball Reference, the Braves beat the Reds on 5/25/54. That day, Hank hit the 5th home run of his career off Herm Wehmeier.

DeleteWas just discussing with someone how every car now has a touch screen where the instrument panel used to be and who wanted that and who decided that dials were such a bad thing?
