As I mentioned yesterday, the day after I went to Sanford (east coast) I headed west to the Webster Flea Market where a card show was to be. I had my doubts, and almost didn't go. I did and am glad I did. I made 4 purchases. The first one was a doozie and will probably be covered over two posts. I'll make that up by putting the others together in one post.
First purchase.
I had a blast going through this young couple's cards. Dime boxes, quarter boxes, and dollar boxes, and got a huge discount on everything. I'll wrap the rest from them on Thursday. BTW, Those brand new (at the time) Ginter X paid about a dime a piece.
I might have to check that one out. How far is Webster from you?

DeleteI spotted the Ginter X Oliva and Mauer. Two of my favorites. Have a good night all!

ReplyDeleteNice flea market finds! Those Power Players inserts look really cool next to each other.
ReplyDeleteTechnically, the flea market was virtually empty. It was a card show held at the market location though. I was glad I decided to go.
DeleteYou would think CJ Abrams could afford a shirt on his salary...
ReplyDeleteGod help me I like Ginter X more than I want to.
ReplyDeleteAlso it's a damn shame those Gameday Drip cards aren't the rookie hazing or last road trip of the year silly outfits.
Love the contrast of the somewhat reserved Ginter cards followed by the LOUD POWER PLAYERS
