The rabbit hole

Before getting to the rabbit hole......My tribute for Cinco de Mayo

A birthday boy. I have more in the binder back home (Holiday Binder), and a few stragglers around here that I haven't gotten to yet. Not very high on the priority list. Be safe and have a designated driver if you're out drinking. Now to the real post.

A week or so ago Mark aka Fuji posted on his blog that Bo sent him basically down a rabbit hole with the cool stuff he had picked up from www.oldstuffonly.com

Well dangit if I didn't go right there and I got lost. I spent the rest of the evening grabbing up 133 items plus got a few extras (by mistake I'm sure, but no biggie). The average price for the items I bought was between $1.00-1.50. The cheapest was .15 (yes....fifteen cents). The most expensive item was $5.00. I will show apx. half tonight, and the other half around Thursday.

Let's get to it.

5 Metal Santa coke holders, and a bowling pencil.

Some long ago (60's) California park. Popcorn bag.

coaster with Sprite Boy.

A little skinny pamphlet.

Sports..... Super Bowl 28!

Thin book/magazine.

dry servers. Their version of a coozie today. LOL.

Thin book with envelope.

Schedule.

BINGO markers. But I'm not punching them out for our up coming Bingo games.

Cool this can go with the pencil in the first scan.

Now this one isn't Coca Cola, it was a wannabe competitor.  Read the ad real close.

I have a ton of Coke stuff, some cheapie and some not, definitely a lot. I used to have HUGE collection, expensive collection, but alas that had to go in my last divorce, that way I could keep my cards!

  2. Neat! When I was little I had this book of free stuff. You could send away to different addresses for stickers, etc. Coke was one, and I remember getting some really cool stickers back of Coke in other languages. I wish I kept them.

  3. Haha the Georgia guy with the Coke stuff, of course! I got the dry server with the red dot and love it. It catches my eye every time I walk by my "display". I went for the Pepsi stuff this time (NY guy) but will pick out some more Coke stuff next time. I was curious about the magazine but didn't buy one. What's it like on the inside?

    1. I collect coke, but the only time I drink it is with some Makers Mark....... I am a dedicated, loyal, faithful Mountain Dew guy! I picked up a vintage Pepsi match book, will show it next time.

  8. I looked around on the site after Bo's original post, even found a few things that I kind of wanted, but found the shipping prices to be a little prohibitive, so I didn't end up ordering anything.
