I've accomplished a lot of these last few days/nights. I have currently alphabetized (by player) A-Y, and can start going player by player to put in chronological order. Immediately after each player I can check to see if I need them. I already know at least 50% are duplicates.
This table is where I have been making stacks to send out to you folks. I just mailed out a lot.
The table is where I sort the player groups then individual players. It is done, now to see how many new additions to the PC's. (Currently 350ish players).
It was like riding a bicycle, it didn't take long to get a rhythm going, and I knocked them out since my last post, I'm so proud of me. LOL.
JOHN! thank you for the nice lot of cards!! truly enjoyed them! I enjoy seeing your photos as well. Let's see...I spy a composition notebook - which I love and hoard. I'm such a nerd. I also spy a canned Playmate puzzle, possibly from the 70s?? A friend of mine had one of these with pieces missing. There is some humor to be found in that!
ReplyDeleteLOL, I found that Playmate puzzle can in my 94 year old Uncle's office. I'll be taking it back to Florida next trip home.
DeleteWow. Wow! Alphabetizing by player is impressive. When I organize, I HAVE to do it by set. Not sure why, but I just have to do it that way.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the rest.
Only do the player collections that way (the 317 HOFers and some select other players).
DeleteWow! I envy your organization. About as good as I can do is knowing what room of the house a certain card is in :)
ReplyDeleteYou are one dedicated, dude!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the mailing as well! I just got it.
So many stacks of cards. Congratulations on the progress. Love the comparison to riding a bicycle. It's so true.
ReplyDeleteThe stacks in the 2nd photo is just 1 letter.
