1978 KISS

Tonight marks a new era for this blog. At least the posts' on Monday. As mentioned before I am renewing an old theme, but with a twist. Monday Minis, however this time it will NOT be sports cards. I will highlight a non sports complete set, and it will be an interactive venture between you the readers and myself. 

I have chosen tonight's already but each week you get to chose from the list at the bottom of this post. If the title is highlighted in RED we have seen it already. The set with the most votes between Monday and Saturday midnight EST will be the one shown and continue on. Sounds like fun. A lot of sets are cool, a few are dumb, and some are.....if it's up your alley. I've only listed 150+ sets right now. but there is more. I just wanted to get this thing started, after all it is still going to run for years.

And the best part is that pretty much all are available for trade and many have duplicate sets, and most have tons of loose singles for those trying to complete a set already started.

1978 Kiss Series 1

As a budding pre-teen and teenager I must have owned every album.

Funny thing is most were gifts from my pre-preacher brother (who denies it to this day).

My music tastes have always varied. I pretty much will listen to most genres. A couple I do not like are glass shattering Opera, Heavy Metal/Punk where it is screaming and you can't understand the words, I guess the same would go for rap that you can't either.

I only mention this because when I was a kid my 3 favorites were KISS, Lynrd Skynrd, and CDB Charlie Daniels Band.  I am weird or what.

Now I did just say I would listen to,  and I wouuuuuuld listen to what I call Country & Western, but not my cup of tea (my parents version of country), I do however love Country music (by today's standard anyways). That and some old Southern Rock like Skynrd, or Molly Hatchet, or some Steve Miller Band, and although not Southern Rock a little AC/DC. heck i even like MJ back in the day, lol.
