Getting to the last of that show's pick ups (2 more posts). This weekend will be two weeks ago, and also time for a smaller (much) here in Ocala, but all the way across town (30 minute drive). I will take it though, as I haven't been to a "show" in Ocala in a few years. I am really hoping that great seller from the Villages is there :). Although there hasn't been anything new actually released since then.
These 6 cards came from that 1/2/3 dollar box from that dealer I just mentioned, albeit one of them was marked $2 I just forget which one.
The next two scans were in my wallet and I had forgotten about them.
1970 Topps Posters. I bought these early in the show and had put them in my wallet. I think I paid $7.00 for the pair. Not a good deal especially since they are not in great condition, but too late now. I probably should of paid a buck each or left them.
I have two more posts left from this show one is from that dime box, and the other is from a different seller and his dollar boxes. Next week I will start highlighting the goodies I received from Rod last week.....some really cool stuff!
Those posters of Carew and Robinson are great! Don't be too hard on yourself about the price. They are still vintage of two great players.

ReplyDeleteI'm sure i used to have some of those 1970 posters. That was the year when I bought my first packs of cards ever. I wished I still had all those cards. That was a few (56) years ago! Good stuff. Enjoy the hobby all!
