Shadow Shots and 7 for the Lincoln Files

Swung by the flea market to see my buddy Bob the vendor this afternoon. I didn't bring anything home though. I did however put a huge stack away in his cabinet to trade for later on. Bob has been knocking out some starter sets for me. When I say knock out.... I mean near complete sets, minus 10/20 cards, no he didn't pull out all of the key cards, just the PC guys of his own.  So far we have done 2004, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2013 Topps.  Then I pulled out cards for my mini collections, and have the remaining cards needed on my web page under "Set Builds". Get this each set was $5.00 and did include some inserts too, and top that off he delivered them to my house. Talk about Customer Service!

Enough blabbing, here are today's Shadows.

First up one the Braves, and its an easy one: Inverted Peace sign or the Okay sign if you like probably a better fit.

I would say Kimono dragon or Iguana but the legs are too long.

Shadow Shots

Another Saturday is here and normally I would be a little on the excited side. Why, well normally, I would have gone to the flea market, or done something else, normally. No, nada. I did absolutely nothing today, well besides play with my baseball cards. I didn't go anywhere, and I am home tonight too. I am chilling at home and I am good with that, just not "excited". Watching the second movie and working on the next batch of PCs to update.   Meanwhile, here are some Shadows for all to enjoy.

Kyle is not sitting on the Bench. A Thursday Thank You.

Recently I reached out to Kyle of the blog Nolan's Dugout. I sent him some stuff off his wantlist, and he fired a mailer back at me.

Love that 90 Leaf, and those refractors aint half bad either.

 

Kyle put a big dent into this rather large team set, and to think I still want to build the entire set too.

Kyle hit me up with some more cards but I am putting them into the set builds.  Thanks Kyle.

How bout' some hump day hoots. Sounded funnier when I said it (accent and all). Here are this weeks round up of interesting cards if to no one but me self. (That are the country feller in me).

You know this guy had to have little ones around whether his or someone else's. I don't believe I would have wanted that on a baseball card.
