Wacky Package (S)

Here we are midweek and another Wacky Wednesday. Tonight we have a dual post if you will. The first portion of this post is a "package" sent to me by none other than the Night Owl himself.

8 for 8. all needed Braves. Down to just 1 more Gold 94' Topps Braves.

 

Tops pair both needs. No idea why I didn't have that Murphy. The Bowman card is not a Braves need but a set build need.

Middle pair is what makes this portion of the post Wacky. I did not need this pair and probably have a several of each. However, in Greg's defense my website showed that I did need them. Often I find cards listed as needs when I know I have deleted them before. I can not explain this. I go and see they are listed I open the page and immediately hit "save" without making any changes at all and wahlah it shows they are no longer there as needs. As for the orange Big League, most definitely not a need, nor did it show it on the site. But guess what? The card also has DeGrom on it and I collect him, so that works.

September has 5 weeks of sticker, and I only have week 1 as of today. I am waiting on the rest to come in. While we wait, I will either post some of the other Wacky Packages that I have yet to show this year from the past. That or I will just make some kind of regular post.

Go have some fun. At the writing of this post my Braves are batting in the bottom of the 6th in a 0-0 game. Go Braves.

ComC: Phase 6 Kellogg's

 How could anyone pass on these. 

Most are in excellent + condition. There are a few that are cracked and will have to surfice until replaced later. 

Big names too.

Here is one of those cracked Kellogg's.  Beckert should be an easy one to upgrade, but when you can get a 1970 Kellogg's card for change and you didn't have it to start with.....you get it.

Most of these aren't curled either.

Billy here has a slight crack in the upper right corner otherwise beautiful!

Santo is by far the worst of what I bought, but because he is a PC/Birthday guy there will be a place for this one once it is upgraded in the set build.

Other than dingy Killer is flat and no cracks. An excellent upgrade to the one I had which now goes on to the PC.

Two more extremely nice upgrades that allows for the PC's to grow.

I had to get this copy of Phil so that the Braves team binder, the set build and the PC could be complete (as far as having Phil).

 I have a few more posts from this "year long" order. I can only say that one might say that they get better and better along the way. Tonight and Monday I will highlight the relics....The Braves relics starting with these Horizontal beauties.

I most definitely count a different color swatch as a different card.

I'll hit up the vertical relics Monday. Quite a few more of those.

ComC: phase 3

 Time to get moving with that huge ComC order. This round will just be "regular" Braves. I think that I can say that.

Well, maybe not exactly regular.

A pair of 2019 YELLOW  and a pink mini numbered to just 50!

582 Montgomery and Total, not your everyday regular for sure. I did already pick some of those up on Sport Lots.

Heritage Chrome, 1 a refractor. Ginter X Seion.  No neon there.

Decades.
