How about a little Hank?

Hank Aaron: In my opinion, the true Home Run King (for now anyways). There isn't an asterisk that will appear by his name. That isn't to say, that I didn't like McGwire or even Sosa back in the day, I did. Not now and yes I do collect their cards. I had gotten rid of most of them including Mac's RC, but since decided why shouldn't I collect them after all I did enjoy their cards at one time, those are memories that can not be taken away with the scandal. Enough of that, back to Hank.

I have some Hank in my Hall Worthy binders, duh he is a HOFer. The difficult part for me is that any Hank I get first goes to the team set, and only doubles go into the Hall Worthy binder along with all the odd balls and inserts. Thus you will see a few "lesser conditioned" but still well loved cards.

Like I said well loved. I do not have a lot of Aaron in my team set binders therefore there isn't a lot of vintage in the Hall Worthy binders.

Mini.

That makes up the entire Hank Aaron collection in the Hall Worthy Binders. I know it is weak, but it will grow over time. More import would be catching the Aarons' needed for the Braves team sets, and then eventually I will go back  to set building (rather buying complete sets already) but that is no where in the near future.

  1. Beautiful Aarons. He is THE home run champ, imo. Bonds' record is questionable, and I believe because of this, any other player who comes close, or passes Aaron's record will be met with much scrutiny.
